MY MANIFESTO
THE ECONOMY: There is political polarization in our country that has led to an atmosphere of hate and mistrust within the citizenship. It is my opinion that this situation is caused by this polarization of the two main political goals of the Democrat and Republican parties. The goals of both parties are power and money!
The economy and security of the United States of America will be my primary focus were I to be elected as President of the United States.
I will work for the American people to ensure that ALL citizens enjoy, quality LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS and that they can achieve these freedoms under the greatest Gross Domestic Product (GDP) achievable.
Repatriate capital: My administration would examine Countries that continue to receive assistance under the foreign aid program. I would review and update the nation’s foreign aid policy as required. Such a review could generate fifty Billion in revenue towards the GDP!
Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR): My administration would exercise strict Executive management of the SPR to ensure it maximum contribution to the growth economy of our nation.
United States-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement: Fair trade is my goal for America. I would ensure that no third-party country, which is not a signatory to any trade agreement may import goods and products, duty free via the LAND boarders of the United States.
The Secure Fence Act of 2006: Signed into law on 26 October 2006 by President George W. Bush. This law has obviously been a failure, my administration would examine the relevance and need for the continuation of this law and make appropriate recommendations to Congress.
Western U. S. Oil Refinery: Construct, and outsource management, of at least two 50,000 barrels federally owned refineries, on Federal land, in the western United States deserts. I will attempt to outsource the management of these facilities to Native American Nations within those States.
National Youth Advisory Board: Were I to be afforded the honor of serving as President to our Country, I would explore how to create a youth advisory council with the aim of making such a body a 16th Cabinet position. America and Americans are strong, I WILL KEEP US STRONG through inclusion!
The COMMANDER IN CHIEF
Commander in Chief: My administration would immediately examine the induction age required by the military forces. Only citizens that has reached the age of twenty-one, shall be allowed to join the active military forces.
U. S. Space Force Guardians: My administration will offer to pay two years of outstanding collage debits for any student wishing to attend John Hopkins University’s Air Force cadet program under the School of Advance International Studies to study towards a master’s degree in International Public Policy. Under our agreement, a student who successfully completes the required degree program must commit to two years’ service in the United States Space Force.
Forward Deployed Military bases: My administration would immediately examine the need to maintain forward deployed military bases in Europe and parts of Asia. Since the establishment, in 2004 of the European Defense Agency (EDA), I personally, see no further need for the United States to be associated with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as a full, active member. My administration would act only with the full recommendation and approval of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Repatriated Military Forces: Armed forces repatriated from overseas countries would be based along the borders of the southern states.
Military Weapons Sales: I would, with the advice of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, study opportunities to reduce the cost of an over-sized military arsenal. Should countries in military conflicts require our assistance, the United States would promptly and happily provide unlimited, humanitarian aid. However, weapons of war would only be made at a discounted price – no, repeat no weapons would be “given” to either of the Warring sides. Weapons would be sold only. My administration would consult closely with the Joint Chiefs of Staff in this area.
The U. S. Bill of Rights On September 25, 1789, the First Congress of the United States proposed twelve amendments to the Constitutions. The 1789 Joint Resolution of Congress proposing the Amendments is on display in the Rotunda in the Nation Archives Museum. In 1992, Article 2 was ratified as the 27th Amendment to the Constitution.
Amendment I : Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. As President of the United States of America, I would consider the protection of the above Rights to be my first priority as President of ALL the people.
Amendment II : A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. When written in the 18th century, Article two was referring to the patriotic duty of a selected group of men, selected to be armed and ready should the people need an armed protection from any external dangers. My administration would offer the following amendment to the Congress: “A well-regulated armed force, being necessary to the security of a free State, a National Guard Force shall be established and maintained by each of the numbered States in cooperation with the Federal government of the United States of America. The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. No person, not employed by the United States Armed Forces or the National Guard Forces, shall own nor possess any weapon manufactured exclusively for the act of War”.
Amendment IV: The right of the people to be secure in their person, homes, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Considering the all too frequent loss of human life under this article, my administration would offer the following amendment to Congress for the amendment of this article: The deletion of the phrase “but upon probable cause”. Add the words “vehicles of transportation.” “The right of the people to be secure in their person, houses, vehicles of transportation, papers, and effects, against unreasonable search and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall be issued, but supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
