JUST SO THAT YOU KNOW
America’s role in the ENFORCEMENT OF
INTERNATIONAL CRIMES

Recently I was engaged with a friend concerning America’s role in the enforcement of international law.
My answer is that the United States is one of 196 member countries of International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL). International law policing is the responsibility of INTERPOL not members in an independent capacity.
Certainty, the United States has no independent responsibilities for crimes committed in Asian or European countries. Even if those crimes lead to the United States, in such a case U. S. law enforcement together with INTERPOLE will address the criminal issue.
America as a nation, the American public, or American political parties should involve themselves in the policing of international crime.
While living in Singapore, I had the opportunity to observe the organization at its Singapore branch.
