JIM HARVEY HAS THE SOLUTIONS
THAT AMERICA NEEDS
I need to be our President. I have SOLUIONS for ending the NON-POLITICAL destructive entanglements that are destroying the DOMESTIC TRAQUALITY of America.
The Supreme Law of the nation, U. S. Constitution of the United States of America demands that the elected representatives of the Republican form of government, protect and defend THE CONSTITUTION on behalf of the GOVERNED. I could not find a require in the Constitution that requires the elected officials, President, Senators, and Representatives to govern on behalf of political parties.
In my search of the articles of the Constitution, I found anywhere, in those laws, a requirement to protect a foreign country. Nor is there a mention of entanglement in civil political issues of another country.
As President, I would work within my CONSTITUTIONAL authority to restore government on behalf of the governed. I would never consider party, or special interest in the GENERAL WELFARE of the governed.
I would ask the Congress to consider imposing a FLAT TAX for the public and corporations. My goals would be to END the waste of our taxes on the welfare of other nations and use our revenue to SECURE the BLESSINGS of LIBERTY.
I would ensure that the nation’s National Guard forces are adequately trained and prepared to service their functions as defense forces for the states. I would recall all our forward deployed active military forces, reduce the size of the military armaments, and request the Joints Chiefs of Staff of our nation that they PROVIDE FOR THE COMMON DEFENSE of our nation with a minimal strategically, forwarded deployed force.
Our country operates one of the largest navies in the world. I would request the Joint Chiefs of Staff that they consider a significant reduction in the operating cost of our navy. The U. S. Navy operates ELEVEN (11) aircraft carriers. I consider this excessive expense for a country that has not needed the use of a combat navy in seventy-eight years.
My suggestion would be that Navy considers the following cost cutting option:
Sell two (2) carriers.
Mothball (2) carriers.
Use (2) carrier for training purposes.
Maintain (5) active carriers.
That the seven (7) actives vessels and the training ships rotated between our four (4) forward deployed fleets.
I would suggest that AT SEA operations be reduced to the minimum necessary to maintain readiness.
The above should reduce wear and extend the lifetime of each vessel. Reducing the need to purchase new vessels every ten years.
Protecting and Defending the United States of America.
The President is sworn to “faithfully execute” the Office of the President which requires that the CONSTITUTION be protected and defended.
As President, I would immediately close the boarders of the United States. I would order the Joint Chiefs of Staff to use the Army and Navy to “immediately” clear our country of ALL ILLIGAL gangs, cartels, and visa overstayers, should they be foreign or domestic. Once our country is clear of dangerous foreign elements, I would request the Director of the State Department to consult with our nation’s neighbors and express my concerns that each country must control the flow of illegal aliens from their country into the United States or the American boarder would not be reopened to them, for normal “cross-border” transit and commerce.
